Live Group work is once per week for a month.

Sessions are structured and there is a flow between first and last week in resolving problems.

Each month the process repeats so you can solve your problems like layers of an onion.

It takes time at the gym or in pilates to reach a certain level of body fitness, by repeating similar exercises.

Well, it also takes time to reach a certain level of mental wellness, by repeating exercises and developing skills.
